Gymnastics
Challenge

As we
all know, Gymnastics is the foundation of all sports and total
fitness. During class, students will work every
muscle group while learning rollovers, handstands, cartwheels and
lots more. Our
non-competitive curriculum helps your child increase self-confidence; build
coordination, pose and agility; develop social skills, develop
gross motor skills; develop positive self-esteem; all while having
lots of fun.
Gymnastics
Program
In all classes, we practice the following gymnastics positions:
pike, straddle, butterflies, lunges, v-sit, squats, tuck, bridge.
We work on tumbling, balance beam, single bars, airtrak and
other supplemental activities. In all exercises involve enhancing flexibility,
balance, strength, power and agility. Children practice doing
floor exercises and vault, as well as the balance bean, and uneven
bars and rings.
